How long does it take for my order to ship?
Once you place your order, your order will typically ship in 2 weeks. We begin the manufacturing process as soon as the order is received.
How can I get an update on my order?

My crate arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your crate arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by sending an e-mail to xtremedogcrates@yahoo.com or by calling the following number: (580) - 222 - 5868. Damage MUST be noted on driver's paperwork. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will always try to make this right!
How do I cancel my order?
Our crates are custom built. Once manufacturing has started, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Our crates currently come in 3 colors - Brown, Gray, Black

Yes - but fear not, XTreme crates are easily assembled under 5 minutes and without the use of ANY tools!
